The retention of this data does not affect the secrecy of communications and can only be used within the framework of a criminal investigation or for the safeguarding of public security, being made available to judges, courts, or the Ministry that requires them.
The communication of data to the State Security Forces and Bodies will be carried out in accordance with the regulations on personal data protection.

Intellectual property of hosted content
The use contrary to the legislation on intellectual property of the services provided by Farah Beitelmal is prohibited, particularly:
- Any use that is contrary to Spanish laws or infringes upon the rights of third parties.
- The publication or transmission of any content that, in the judgment of Farah Beitelmal, is violent, obscene, abusive, illegal, racial, xenophobic, or defamatory.

The user is fully responsible for the content of their website, transmitted and stored information, hypertext links, third-party claims, and legal actions related to intellectual property, third-party rights, and the protection of minors.
The user is responsible for complying with applicable laws and regulations, as well as the rules related to the operation of the online service, e-commerce, copyright, maintenance of public order, and universal principles of Internet use.
The user shall indemnify Farah Beitelmal for any expenses incurred due to any legal proceedings in which Farah Beitelmal is implicated, and for which the user is responsible. This includes legal fees and defense costs, even in the case of a non-final judicial decision.
Protection of hosted information
Farah Beitelmal performs backups of the content hosted on its servers. However, it is not responsible for the loss or accidental deletion of data by users. Similarly, it does not guarantee the complete restoration of data deleted by users, as such data may have been deleted and/or modified during the period of time since the last backup.
The services offered, except for specific backup services, do not include the restoration of content from the backups performed by Farah Beitelmal when the loss is attributable to the user. In such cases, a fee will be determined based on the complexity and volume of the recovery, subject to the user’s acceptance.
The restoration of deleted data is only included in the service price when the loss of content is due to causes attributable to Farah Beitelmal.
Commercial communications
In accordance with the LSSI, Farah Beitelmal will not send advertising or promotional communications via email or any other equivalent electronic means unless they have been previously requested or expressly authorized by the recipients.
In the case of users with whom there is a pre-existing contractual relationship, Farah Beitelmal is authorized to send commercial communications regarding products or services of Farah Beitelmal that are similar to those initially contracted with the customer.
In any case, the user, after verifying their identity, may request not to receive any further commercial information through the customer service channels.
